Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,292 per week in Portland, OR

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a critical care setting License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CCRN Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Proficient in Epic charting system - Ability to float between units Description: This position is for a registered nurse in the intensive care unit. The nurse will work 12-hour day shifts. Weekend coverage is required, with a minimum of every other weekend. The nurse will be responsible for caring for critically ill patients. Patient ratios will be 1:1 or 1:2. Experience in managing acute kidney injury and complex patient needs is preferred. The nurse will administer medications and manage ventilators. Emergency medication administration and dysrhythmia management are key responsibilities. Floating to other units may be required based on patient care needs. The facility supports interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
