Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 06:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting Description: Candidates need to be able to start 7-10 days from offer acceptance. This facility offers a range of services including Emergency Department, Family Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care. The ICU consists of 14 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. The patient population includes medical ICU patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to work as part of a team and hold each other accountable for best practices. Preferred skillset includes experience in a medical ICU and TNCC certification. This assignment requires dedication and adaptability to provide high standards of patient care.
