License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA only) Must-Have: Telemetry test required prior to starting Evidence of experience with adult populations in ICU settings required Basic Arrhythmia experience required Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a critical care float position. The role involves evening and night shifts, working 12-hour schedules from 19:00 to 07:30. The nurse will participate in every other weekend rotation and some holidays. The position requires competence in multiple ICU specialties and the ability to float as needed. Experience in adult populations is essential, as well as a background involving various critical care areas. The nurse will engage in shared governance. Telemetry testing is a prerequisite before clearance to start the position. Candidates will be expected to pass a telemetry exam that assesses identification of lethal rhythms. Successful candidates will demonstrate familiarity with critical care procedures and practices. The role supports a high acuity patient population and involves interdisciplinary collaboration.
