**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Las Vegas, NV
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Contract Length:** 13 weeks
- **Unit Specifics:**
- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
- Staffing: No unit secretaries or CNAs; direct patient care
- Equipment: Ventilators, Artic Sun, Rapid infusers, CRRT machines, IV med pumps, SCD machines, Cooling blankets, Glucometers
- Documentation System: Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:**
- Day Shift: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Night Shift: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- **Floating Policy:**
- Floats to all ICUs and IMC
- **Patient Experience Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years in an ICU-level unit
- **Certifications Needed:**
- ACLS/BLS
- **Requested Skill Set:**
- Experience with:
- Ventilators, Hi-flow oxygen, Bipap, Cpap
- IV medications: Levophed, Epinephrine, Insulin, Neo synephrine, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Propofol, Precedex, Fentanyl, Versed, Amiodarone, Lidocaine, paralytics
- Advanced skills: TTM, hemodynamics, PA catheter
- Procedures performed on the unit:
- Intubation
- Chest tube insertion
- Bronchoscopy
- EGD
- Colonoscopy
- Wound debridement
- Line insertion
