Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and be capable of managing complex patient needs. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing advanced life support. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling and the ability to work weekends and holidays are necessary.
