Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,382 per week in Portland, OR

ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS CCRN Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience: 2 years Charting System Experience: Epic Travel Experience Description: This position will float between units based on skill sets. Weekends are required, at least every other. Expected patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2. Special requirements include proficiency in key nursing skills. Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment. Candidates may be required to float to other facilities to meet unit needs. Staffing may vary by unit needs. Orientation consists of 40 hours of training. The facility provides support from various interdisciplinary teams. Patient care involves monitoring and interventions in critical care. Travelers must commit to working a portion of holiday shifts. References are required from recent employment. Travelers may be expected to float among nearby facilities. Program leaders will ensure communication devices are provided for duties. Candidates should not directly contact facility staff unless scheduled. Modules are non-billable and factored into hours. Completion of modules is required prior to start.
