Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Macon, GA. This role is ideal for a dedicated RN with a specialty in intensive care, ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU- Provide intensive care to medical ICU patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, renal failure, sepsis, and more
- Manage chronic ventilators and tracheostomy care
- Administer and titrate drips, including insulin and heparin
- Monitor and manage invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring
- Assist in bedside procedures like chest tube placements and tracheostomy management
- Utilize technology such as EPIC EMR, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis dispensers
Requirements of the RN - ICU- Active NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Two years of ICU RN experience required
- CCRN certification preferred but not mandatory
