Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,452 per week in Wichita, KS

Job Title: RN - ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current acute care hospital ICU experience License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH certification Description: Travel Registered Nurse position in the ICU. The unit consists of 26 beds and has a staff of 15. There are 13 Registered Nurses and 1 Charge Nurse on Day Shift, and also 13 Registered Nurses and 1 Charge Nurse on Night Shift. Patient ratios are 1:2. The facility is equipped with balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia units, and cardioversion equipment. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Candidates must possess a driven, organized, and efficient personality. A positive attitude and engagement are essential for success in this role. Candidates with prior Meditech experience and traveling experience in large facility ICUs will be given preference.
