This role is within a Med Surg: 6 Tower MICU setting, focusing on providing intensive care to patients with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities of the RN ICU

• Provide critical care to patients in ICU and stepdown settings
• Manage mechanical ventilation and perform tracheostomy care
• Administer medications including vasopressors and insulin drips
• Operate medical equipment such as arterial lines and Swan Ganz catheters
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements of the RN ICU

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2.5 years of ICU experience
• Proficient in EPIC charting system
