This role focuses on providing critical care to high-acuity neuro/post-cardiovascular surgery, medical, surgical, and trauma patients in a multispecialty ICU setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Provide specialized care for neuro/post cardiovascular surgery patients
- Manage CRRT and neuro patient requirements with expertise
- Conduct procedural recoveries, including trachs, vents, and chest tubes
- Administer and monitor vasoactive drips and temporary pacemakers
- Ensure high-quality care in a multispecialty ICU with 1:2 patient ratios
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- RN License with active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
- Proficient in using EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis systems
- Skills in trachs, vents, chest tubes, and procedural recoveries
- Covid vaccine required
