Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Provide care to critically ill patients, including those with stroke, sepsis, pneumonia, and post-surgical conditions
- Administer and monitor medications, including cardiac and other critical drips
- Operate and manage equipment such as vents, bipaps, trachs, and art lines
- Respond to emergency situations and execute codes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Experience with general ICU skills and patient types listed
