Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN- Provide intensive care to patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, arrhythmias, and those requiring detoxification
- Administer and titrate medications including propofol, insulin, and levo drips
- Monitor and interpret cardiac strips for ICU and med-surg patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including house supervisors and respiratory therapists
- Float to the med-surg unit if census is low and as needed
Requirements of the ICU RN- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA)
- Proven ICU experience
- Ability to titrate drips effectively
