Job Summary:
If you're the kind of nurse who stays cool when things heat up and can interpret a monitor faster than most people read a text message, the ICU is your natural habitat. As an ICU RN, you'll manage high-acuity patients where precision, speed, and clinical expertise truly matter—basically, it's where your skills get to shine under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
• Continuously monitor patient status using advanced ICU equipment
• Administer medications, IV drips, and specialized treatments
• Manage ventilators and other life-support systems
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
• Support and educate patients and families during critical situations

Requirements:

• Active RN license in California
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with ventilators, drips, and cardiac monitoring
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
