Schedule: Every other weekend required; floating within appropriate level of care as needed; 24 hours of orientation provided; 8-bed unit with interdisciplinary support

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact State RN license required at time of application
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required; trauma level experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and background clearance required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Competency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, and hemodynamic monitoring
