Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

Provide routine and complex care, focusing on long-range goals or plans
Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate care using the nursing process
Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Educate patients, family members, and care givers; assess learning needs

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

BLS certification from AHA required
ACLS certification from AHA required
RN License in state of employment or compact
One year of experience in a Critical Care setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome
