Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA only) Must-Have: - Arterial line experience required - Preferred experience in critical care - Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - ICP monitoring experience (SICU/NCCU) - Experience with ventilated patients - Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications - Assist with line insertion and maintenance - Experience with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients - Familiarity with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVD (SICU/NCCU/PICU) - Knowledge of PA lines and waveform interpretation (CVCC) - On-call availability required Description: This position requires a registered nurse with expertise in critical care. Candidates must have arterial line experience. Preferred qualifications include advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ICP monitoring experience. Experience with ventilated patients is essential. Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications is required. The nurse will assist with line insertion and maintenance. Experience with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients is needed. Familiarity with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVD is advantageous.
