# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Albany, New York

Schedule: 48 hours per week; shift details to be discussed with qualified candidates

Highlights:

• Level I Trauma Center experience strongly preferred for success in this high-acuity environment
• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility
• Float pool position requiring flexibility across multiple ICU settings including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and Progressive Critical Care Unit
• Must be comfortable providing critical care support in ED and PACU awaiting bed placement
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New York State (pending licenses not accepted)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Level I Trauma Center experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated competency floating across multiple ICU specialties
• Previous travel nursing experience mandatory
• Competency testing required within 24 hours of submission
• Non-local candidates only (certain counties ineligible)
