Job Description
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical patient parameters.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide timely interventions during medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment while maintaining patient safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care.
