Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,587 per week in Seattle, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in critical care License: Current and valid nursing license required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS (preferred: TNCC) Must-Have: - Recent ICU experience within the last year - Strong ICU experience with Level 1 Trauma Center - Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Description: Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays. Christmas time off is not available. The position requires experience floating to various critical care units. Must submit requests for time off prior to submitting to the facility. Additional requests for time off will not be granted after an offer has been made. References must be from a direct supervisor. First-time travelers are not accepted for this role. Weekend work is required, every other weekend. Floating will occur within the scope to meet facility needs. The following skills are required: Vents, IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation. Preferred skills include ICP and PA Lines. Daily onsite parking options are available. Shuttle service is provided for offsite parking. Canditates will float to all critical care units. Patient ratios: 1:1-2 in critical care, 1:4 in general areas. Candidates are expected to manage complex cases and assist with procedures. Previous experience in an academic or teaching facility is required. This role requires the ability to handle high-stress situations and critical decision-making. Interdisciplinary support is available for patient care. The nursing team will handle various patient diagnoses across multiple specialties.
