Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,597 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: LTAC ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in ICU required License: Active nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - EMR experience with Epic required - LTAC experience preferred Description: 2 years of ICU experience is required. LTAC ICU position available on night shift. Options for either 36 or 48 hours per week are available. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory. LTAC experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include: - Managing patients with complex medical needs - Administering medications and therapies - Monitoring and interpreting vital signs and lab results - Implementing nursing care plans - Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. The unit has a daily census of 35 patients. This role requires floating to other units as needed based on census. Staff must be qualified and have documented competencies in all floated units.
