This role is set in a dynamic environment, providing care to critically ill patients, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable cases, requiring frequent monitoring and interventions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care- Provide comprehensive care to acutely ill patients.
- Conduct hourly or more frequent monitoring and assessments as required.
- Administer interventions and treatments according to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements of the RN - Critical Care- 2 years of experience in CCU/ICU settings.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
