A valid California RN license is required along with current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Preferred qualifications include prior charge nurse experience and familiarity with the Epic charting system. Experience in trauma level I settings is a necessity. The role requires managing various critical care responsibilities, including arterial line management, blood product administration, and ventilator management. Candidates should be adept in performing procedures related to critical care management. Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration with support services are essential for this position.
