The role involves caring for medically delicate and surgically complex patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, and endocrine disorders. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

Provide care for medically delicate and surgically complex patients
Manage complex traumas and surgical complications
Administer antihypertensive, sedative, and thrombo-embolyic drips
Monitor advanced hemodynamics, including pressor usage
Competency in using high-flow nasal cannula, BiPap/Cpap, and using oxypendent
Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

ACLS certification
Experience in medical and surgical populations
Proven competency in advanced hemodynamics
Epic experience is mandatory
