Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients with trauma, surgical, and neurological needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and document changes in status
Participate in trauma Level One care protocols and initiatives
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Epic experience required
Two years of ICU staff experience with trauma, surgical, and neurological patients
Previous travel experience required
Competency test completion within 24 hours of submission
