Currently, thermal burns make up a minority of our patients. The ICU operates under a closed model where all patients are cared for by the same team. All care is provided by a team of advanced practice providers, supported by surgical teams and consultants. The multidisciplinary care model is supervised by in-house attending ICU staff physicians and supported by critical care fellows. Candidates must possess strong skills in critical care nursing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.
