Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse in Beverly, Massachusetts. This assignment offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,800, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week. This role provides an excellent opportunity to advance your critical care expertise within a highly respected community hospital on the North Shore.

Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN:

Deliver high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients
Perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor hemodynamics
Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Support patients and families through complex diagnoses and treatments
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Adhere to ICU protocols and evidence-based practices

Requirements of the ICU RN:

Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
BLS and ACLS required.
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Experience with ventilator management and critical drips
