Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse in Beverly, Massachusetts. This assignment offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,800, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week. This role provides an excellent opportunity to advance your critical care expertise within a highly respected community hospital on the North Shore.

Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN:
  • Deliver high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor hemodynamics
  • Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support patients and families through complex diagnoses and treatments
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Adhere to ICU protocols and evidence-based practices

Requirements of the ICU RN:
  • Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS required.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
  • Experience with ventilator management and critical drips
