The role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Candidates must have experience in managing arterial lines. Advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills are essential. Experience with ICP monitoring is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable caring for ventilated patients. Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications is required.
