UnityPoint St. Luke's is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a night-shift contract. As a critical care provider, you will manage high-acuity patients within a multidisciplinary team. Schedule & Floating Details- Start Date: 06/01/2026.
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend.
- Holiday Requirement: Required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
- Floating: May be required to float within the same discipline across local UnityPoint campuses.
- On-Call: Yes.
Key Responsibilities- Critical Care Management: Provide specialized nursing care for patients with life-threatening conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamics monitoring, and titratable vasoactive drips.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside intensivists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists to manage complex care plans.
- Documentation: Accurate and timely documentation utilizing the Epic EMR system.
