**Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool - **Experience Required:** - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience - Must have experience in a 400 bed or larger facility - **License & Certifications:** - Must hold an active CA RN License - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH - **Unique Requirements:** - PA line experience is mandatory - This role involves floating to various departments, including MS/Tele, PCU, Overflow, and PACU - **Work Schedule:** - Night shifts from 1900 to 0730 - Options for 36 or 48-hour work weeks - Weekend shifts are required - This is a floating position—flexibility is key! - **Onboarding:** - EKG exam will be administered on the first day of orientation - Must pass in order to proceed with the contract - No scheduling requests can be accommodated; up to 7 days max of RTO allowed, with no RTO in the first 2 weeks - **First-Time Travelers:** - Welcome!
