Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $3,559 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 25 weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent ICU experience License: Current Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to float to other facilities and departments - Experience with ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Recent experience in a critical care setting Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in intensive care. The role involves caring for complex critical care patients. Candidates should have the ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night. Experience with managing advanced cardiovascular critical care populations is essential. The ability to function within a multi-disciplinary team is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cardiac recovery, including heart and lung transplants. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage patients with multiple support devices. Experience with ECMO is considered a vital component of the overall competency profile. This is a float position requiring flexibility to work across various units. Candidates should have experience managing complex medical cases. Strong documentation skills are necessary for this role.
