Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $3,591 per week in Springfield, MA

**Exciting Opportunity: Join Our ICU RN Flex Team Night Shift!** Job Description: - **Position:** ICU RN Flex Team - Night Shift - **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM - **Contract Type:** Accommodates 48-hour contracts - **Location Requirement:** Must be outside of a 90-mile radius from the facility **Unit Overview:** - **ICU Float Position:** Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC - **Medical Intensive Care & Neuro Critical Care Units:** - 32-bed Medical ICU - Licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients - Split across 2 floors with excellent staffing most of the time **Patient Care:** - **Expected Ratios:** 1:2 or 1:1 if acuity requires - **Common Cases:** - Sepsis - ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH - Post cardiac arrest care - Respiratory failure **Qualifications:** - **Minimum Years of Experience:** 2 years in an ICU setting - **Preferred Experience:** - 1 year in a Level 1 ICU or - 2 years in a MICU setting - **Required Certifications:** - NIHSS - BLS - ACLS (both through American Heart Association) **Candidate Preferences:** - We are seeking strong ICU nurses with solid backgrounds. - New grads with only 1 year of experience may be too early for our unit.
