KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide intensive nursing care for critically ill patients
- Manage ventilators, IV drips, and haemodynamic monitoring
- Titrate vasoactive medications and respond to rapid deterioration
- Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary ICU team
- Complete accurate, timely ICU EMR documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications current
- Minimum 2 years ICU or Critical Care RN experience
- Ventilator management proficiency
