Provide high-quality patient care in ICU and Telemetry units during night shifts
Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and respond to changes in patient status
Float within scope of practice to Med-Surg, Telemetry, or other ICU/Tele units as required
Accurately document patient care using Cerner charting system
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
