Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in status.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
