Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to chronically ill and critically ill patients in a Medical ICU setting
• Manage and titrate vasopressors and complex IV medication regimens for hemodynamically unstable patients
• Monitor and support patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Care for patients with diagnoses including hypertensive urgency, sepsis, and CVA
• Serve patients in a unit designated for COVID-positive cases, adhering to appropriate infection control protocols
• Flex to support Surgical or Cardiac ICU patient overflow as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Proficiency in titrating pressors and managing IV medications for critically ill patients
• Experience caring for ventilated patients
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical, Surgical, or Cardiac ICU environments
• Familiarity with managing COVID-positive patient populations
• CCRN or other critical care certification
