    Job Title

    Travel RN – Critical Care Float Pool

    Location

    Albany, New York

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Float and provide direct patient care across multiple critical care environments including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)
    • Deliver competent ICU-level care to patients awaiting bed placement in the ED and PACU
    • Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit protocols within a high-acuity, fast-paced setting
    • Maintain clinical competency standards as required by the facility, including completion of a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
    • Previous travel nursing experience required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR required
    • Ability to float to a variety of critical care units and demonstrate competency across multiple ICU environments
    • Navy blue scrubs required per facility dress code
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
    • Demonstrated experience floating across multiple ICU specialties
