Travel RN – Critical Care Float Pool

Key Responsibilities
- Float and provide direct patient care across multiple critical care environments including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU)
- Deliver competent ICU-level care to patients awaiting bed placement in the ED and PACU
- Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit protocols within a high-acuity, fast-paced setting
- Maintain clinical competency standards as required by the facility, including completion of a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Ability to float to a variety of critical care units and demonstrate competency across multiple ICU environments
- Navy blue scrubs required per facility dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
- Demonstrated experience floating across multiple ICU specialties
