Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Atlanta, GA

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
• Perform and monitor Intracranial Pressure (ICP) management as required by patient acuity
• Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) equipment and protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
• ICP experience required
• CRRT experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity academic or teaching hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in fast-paced ICU settings
