Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3×12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring close observation and intervention
• Float to Observation and Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Observation or Medical-Surgical units
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in a fast-paced hospital environment
