Provide critical care nursing in a 14-bed ICU with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
Manage medical patients presenting with diagnoses including ARDS, alcohol withdrawal, acute respiratory distress, COPD, GI bleed, drug overdose, and COVID
Care for occasional post-surgical patients including carotid, VATS, and CEA procedures
Perform interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Monitor and manage Pulmonary Artery Lines/Swan Ganz catheters, continuous IV sedation, procedural sedation, arterial lines, chest tubes, and vasopressors
Participate as part of the code team and rapid response team
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care nursing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Telemetry experience including dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Experience with vented patients, vasopressors, arterial lines, and chest tubes
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner EMR
Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care setting
