Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Bay St. Louis, MS

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care in a lower-acuity ICU setting with a typical patient ratio of 2–4 patients at a time
• Care for a patient population that may include ICU, MedSurg, telemetry, and stepdown-level patients
• Float to MedSurg unit as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Participate in emergency response protocols as directed by unit management, which may include remaining on-site during or after an emergency event or serving on a relief team
• Complete required facility modules during orientation as scheduled

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Active Compact or Louisiana RN license in hand at time of submittal
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS (AHA-issued certifications required)
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (as verified by address on driver's license)
• Current NURSYS report submitted with profile (must be within 4 weeks of submission date)
• Two manager or supervisor references required prior to start (Charge RN references are not acceptable; PDF format required)

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Experience with telemetry or stepdown patient populations in addition to ICU

• Orientation is held five days a week with billable modules completed during orientation hours
• Opportunity to work in a manageable ICU environment with a small unit census and varied patient acuity levels
