Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during day shift hours
- Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including Impella device management
- Implement and oversee targeted temperature management (TTM) protocols
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Arkansas
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior charge nurse experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Hands-on experience with Impella device management
- Experience with targeted temperature management (TTM) protocols
