Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Expected 72 hours biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Float to medical-surgical units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed
• Complete required onboarding assessments, including a pass/fail competency test administered on the first day of orientation (one attempt only)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• EPIC proficiency required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Must be available for the full contract duration with no time-off requests approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to medical-surgical or step-down units
• Familiarity with Relias competency testing platforms
