Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit serving neurological and intensive care patients
- Manage critically ill patients at ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity
- Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment including ventilators, arterial lines, and central venous lines
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency with ICU equipment including ventilators, arterial lines, and central venous lines
Preferred Experience / Skills- Neurology or neuro-intensive care experience
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
