Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Day/Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Manage and monitor critically ill patients across rotating day and night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess, document, and respond to changes in patient condition in a timely manner
- Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and best practices in critical care nursing
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience
- Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Ability to work a 50/50 split between day and night shifts on a rotating schedule
- Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II facility ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in intensive care settings
