Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Float as needed between ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Must pass a telemetry test administered on the first day of assignment (pass/fail; failure may result in assignment termination)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience will be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
