Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | 72 Hours Guaranteed Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed
• Participate in rotating day and night shifts, including every-other-weekend rotation
• Fulfill holiday rotation requirements when working through winter holiday periods
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts; straight day schedules cannot be accommodated

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or intermediate care units
• Familiarity with critical care documentation and protocols in a high-acuity environment
