Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatment in a critical care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Must not be a current resident of Arizona (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume or full-service community hospital environment
