Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience providing direct patient care in an ICU or critical care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care certification
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
