Contract | Nights (4x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 13 to 26 week assignment | 36 or 48 hours per week available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a LTACH ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those requiring neurological care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends as scheduled
• Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from all system facilities for full eligibility; candidates 50–99.9 miles from the contracted campus (night shift, Adult ICU) may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior LTACH experience strongly preferred
• Neurological nursing experience highly preferred
