Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to acutely and critically ill patients at high risk for life-threatening health problems
• Perform intensive monitoring, assessments, and clinical interventions in an ICU setting
• Apply advanced nursing knowledge and experience to manage complex, high-acuity patient conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) – Healthcare Provider level required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per College of American Pathologists moderate complexity testing requirements)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of previous ICU experience preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
